Curaleaf Returns to Original CURLF Ticker After Stock Split

Investors in Curaleaf Holdings can resume tracking the company under its familiar CURLF ticker on the OTCQX Best Market. The shift follows a mandatory 20-day transition period necessitated by a 1-for-3 reverse stock split completed in early June, marking the final stage of the firm's recent capital restructuring.

The temporary trading symbol CURLD has been retired as of July 6, 2026. Shareholders do not need to take any action regarding the transition, as the shift back to the original identifier is automatic. The company continues to trade under the post-split CUSIP 23126M300, maintaining its primary listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the CURA symbol.

Chairman and CEO Boris Jordan stated that the return to the original ticker brings necessary continuity to the company's investor base. He added that the firm remains focused on strengthening its capital markets profile to better position itself for future opportunities as the broader regulatory and listing landscape continues to evolve.
