Austin's Med Physique Center for Aesthetics Sold to New Operators

After nearly two decades of operation, the Austin-based Med Physique Center for Aesthetics has changed hands. Joe and Sarah Miracle have acquired the skin care and aesthetics practice from Tamie Granger, marking a new chapter for the established local business as it pivots toward a dual-leadership management model.

The transition follows a period of significant revenue growth under Granger, who purchased the clinic in 2018. Sarah Miracle is slated to oversee daily operations, leveraging her background in marketing, while Joe Miracle will apply his technical and analytical expertise from his service in the U.S. Navy to the firm’s processes. Both parties emphasized the importance of maintaining the clinic’s established reputation for service during the handover.

Viking Mergers & Acquisitions facilitated the deal, with Matt Gold and Donnie Adams representing the seller. Gold noted that the clinic’s appeal to the Miracles rested on its loyal client base and clear growth trajectory rather than just financial metrics. The transaction underscores a persistent demand among private buyers for stable, founder-led service businesses within the Austin market.
