Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Brings Thousands to Nashville for 2026 Grand Boulé

Thousands of women leaders and community advocates are descending upon Nashville for the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority’s International 2026 Grand Boulé. Running from July 6 through July 11, the gathering centers on the theme "The Extraordinary Power of S.H.E.," focusing on service, professional advocacy, and economic empowerment across the region.

The six-day convention features an intensive schedule of workshops, certifications, and professional training sessions. Programming spans critical modern competencies, including entrepreneurship, financial literacy, health equity, and digital technology. Beyond professional development, the event hosts high-profile gatherings like the Women Who Win Business Pitch Competition and the Social Justice & Collegiate Leaders Breakfast, designed to foster innovation and cross-generational mentorship.

Dr. Stacie NC Grant, International President and CEO of the organization, views the assembly as a catalyst for systemic change. "This gathering is more than a conference: it is an opportunity to develop leaders, strengthen communities, create pathways to opportunity, and demonstrate the impact that occurs when women use their voices and influence to drive meaningful change," Grant stated.

Beyond the internal agenda, the sorority is leveraging the event to stimulate the local economy, impacting Nashville’s hospitality, transportation, and dining sectors. The scale of the operation is bolstered by a network of corporate partners, including Prudential Financial, Amazon, Google, and JPMorgan Chase. These alliances fund initiatives ranging from workforce development to health equity programs, extending the sorority's influence well beyond the week’s events. Founded in 1920 at Howard University, the organization continues to emphasize its core pillars of scholarship, service, and sisterhood through these large-scale international convenings.
