Plano-based The 20 MSP has finalized its 49th acquisition, bringing New Mexico-based Sundance Networks into its national fold. The deal marks a strategic expansion for the firm, which aims to integrate Sundance’s specialized expertise in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity into its broader service portfolio.
Tim Conkle, founder and CEO of The 20 MSP, noted that the move is designed to bolster his company’s AI service capabilities. Ryan Miller, leader of Sundance Networks, will remain with the organization to spearhead these development efforts. Pinecrest Capital Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor for the transaction, which is the latest in a series of acquisitions fueled by The 20’s internal peer group pipeline.
