The transition centralizes all customer-facing sales and product demonstrations at the Dania Beach location, which opened in June 2026 to offer direct on-water access. By separating the retail experience from technical operations, the company has consolidated rigging, service, and delivery logistics at its Fort Lauderdale marina facility. This operational split is designed to sharpen the brand's customer engagement while reducing fixed overhead costs across its South Florida network.
Vision Marine Moves Tender Showroom to Dania Beach Waterfront
Vision Marine Technologies has shifted its tender showroom operations to the new Nautical Ventures waterfront site in Dania Beach, a move that renders its former Federal Highway property redundant. The company expects to finalize the sale of the 1440 S. Federal facility by July 28, 2026, as part of a broader footprint reduction.

CEO Alexandre Mongeon stated that the Dania Beach site serves as the primary touchpoint for the tender business, allowing the company to streamline its real estate portfolio. The pending sale of the 1440 S. Federal property is not subject to buyer financing contingencies or further due diligence, though the transaction remains contingent on clearing outstanding building permits and customary title requirements. Vision Marine continues to integrate its proprietary E-Motion electric propulsion technology with the Nautical Ventures retail platform to unify its boating services.
