After nearly five decades of shaping inclusive procurement, Chicago-based RGMA is modernizing its digital footprint to widen its influence. The firm, led by industry veterans Ralph G. Moore and Reginald K. Layton, has launched a new website and expanded its LinkedIn presence to better connect with Fortune 500 partners.

Chicago Consultant RGMA Refreshes Digital Presence After 47 Years

Founded in 1979, RGMA has spent 47 years embedding diversity into corporate supply chains. Ralph G. Moore, the firm’s founder, has advised over 200 high-profile entities, ranging from Walmart and Procter & Gamble to the Federal Reserve System. His work centers on transforming procurement into high-performing ecosystems. Partner Reginald K. Layton brings a distinct track record to the firm, having previously managed over $22 billion in supplier spend during his tenure at Johnson Controls. Layton, who is credited with helping establish the automotive manufacturer Bridgewater Interiors, focuses on the measurable economics of inclusive procurement through his proprietary Layton Value Compass.

The firm’s digital pivot is managed by WrightOne Media Group, which now serves as the Agency of Record. This shift aims to make the firm’s Socratic-based consulting methodology more accessible to public-sector and corporate stakeholders. By moving beyond traditional consulting models, the partners intend to scale their impact, ensuring that diverse supplier potential is integrated into the core operations of major organizations.
