Ebttikar and MemryX Partner to Scale Edge AI in Saudi Arabia
Saudi systems integrator Ebttikar Technology Company and semiconductor developer MemryX have launched a strategic partnership to deploy production-ready Computer Vision Edge AI across the Kingdom. The collaboration targets industrial sectors by integrating MemryX’s MX3 accelerator chips into local infrastructure, moving projects from pilot phases to long-term commercial implementation.
Initial deployment efforts will concentrate on critical infrastructure such as oil and gas, energy, smart cities, and advanced manufacturing. According to Ali K. AlBallaa, CEO of Ebttikar, the partnership addresses a growing demand for AI solutions that transition rapidly from evaluation to field production without compromising performance or data control. MemryX CEO Ross Jatou noted that the deal bridges the gap between regional AI ambitions and tangible industrial utility, utilizing low-power inference technology to support the Kingdom's digital shift.
