PRAVAAH Launches to Network South Asian Business Leaders Through Sports

Derived from the Sanskrit word for "flow," the new platform PRAVAAH debuts this week with a mandate to bridge the gap between North American sports organizations and the rapidly growing South Asian business community through curated experiential programming and strategic partnerships.

The organization functions as a joint venture between Ocgrow Ventures and Tulsea Sports Marketing, leveraging their existing networks in professional sports, government, and technology. By creating specialized events, the platform aims to move brands and rightsholders away from transient marketing campaigns toward sustained, authentic engagement with South Asian entrepreneurs, investors, and innovators.

"Sports has a unique ability to unite people across generations, cultures, and industries," said Sreesha Vaman, co-founder of PRAVAAH and partner at Tulsea Sports Marketing. Harish Consul, co-founder of the platform and CEO of Ocgrow Ventures, noted that the initiative is designed to build a global network where technology, investment, and culture converge to shape the future economy.

Initial operations will target major North American hubs including Toronto, Calgary, the Bay Area, Los Angeles, Dallas, Washington, D.C., Vancouver, and New York. While the current focus remains on North American expansion, the group has signaled intentions for global growth by 2027.
