The company’s current Italian portfolio consists of 18 operational plants situated across the Lazio and Emilia-Romagna regions. These facilities produce nearly 1 terawatt-hour of renewable energy annually, effectively offsetting 290,904 tonnes of CO₂e emissions. According to the firm, this output mirrors the yearly electricity consumption of roughly 350,000 households.
Enfinity Global Hits 535 MW Solar Milestone in Italy
Three years after entering the Italian market, Enfinity Global has brought 535 megawatts of solar capacity online. The company now ranks as the second-largest solar operator in the country by authorized capacity, signaling a rapid expansion aimed at meeting rising national electricity demand through large-scale renewable infrastructure.

Beyond current solar assets, the company has secured authorization for over 1 gigawatt of total solar capacity and approximately 600 megawatts of battery energy storage systems. Backed by over €1 billion in project financing and capital investment, these developments form part of a broader 9.1 gigawatt pipeline. Alessandro Ceschiat, General Manager for Italy, noted that the deployment focuses on strengthening domestic energy security and supporting the competitiveness of the local industrial sector.
