Chapman brings a extensive background to the role, having previously held senior creative leadership positions at Havas Lynx, BBDO, and BBH. He joins a leadership team that includes Global Chief Creative Officer Stephanie Berman and New York CCO Adam Hessel. His mandate involves guiding the agency's creative output across Europe while working closely with regional leadership, including London Managing Director James March and Milan-based CEO Alessandro Seveso.

The agency is simultaneously deepening its bench in the UK, adding Ruarí Burgham as Engagement Strategy Director and Ellen Bunker as Account Director. These hires follow a period of recognition for the network, which recently secured Independent Network of the Year honors at the Sannis Awards and the Lisbon International Health Festival. The Bloc, which operates on its proprietary BE-COMMS platform, continues to emphasize its independence as it expands its reach in the health-native marketing sector.
