The partnership allows eligible entities in nine provinces and three territories to engage CloudAvanti for Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and application management without conducting separate competitive bidding. Since Canoe’s procurement vehicle is already pre-vetted according to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, organizations can transition to new enterprise systems with fewer administrative hurdles.
CloudAvanti Joins Canoe Procurement Group to Streamline Oracle ERP
Over 6,000 Canadian public sector organizations now have a simplified path to Oracle Cloud services, following the selection of Calgary-based CloudAvanti as an approved supplier for the Canoe Procurement Group. The move bypasses traditional, time-consuming tender processes for municipalities, health authorities, and academic institutions across the country.

CloudAvanti CEO Josh Mills emphasized that the firm focuses on delivery discipline and pragmatic innovation, traits he says are essential for maintaining system stability after the initial go-live phase. Maria Belfry, Supplier Development Manager at Canoe, confirmed that CloudAvanti cleared the same rigorous evaluation as all other firms on the ERP roster. Members can access these services by referencing contract CAN-2026-002-CLA, with no requirement for additional membership fees or minimum purchasing commitments.
