The rebranding, which took effect on May 5, 2026, involves no changes to local ownership, staffing, or daily operations. The dealership, which has been under the Houston-based Group 1 Automotive umbrella since 2023, maintains its focus on serving the Estero, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Naples communities. General Manager Giovanni Monteiro emphasized that the transition is primarily about aligning the local storefront with the company’s broader national identity while preserving established customer relationships.

Group 1 Automotive currently manages 251 dealerships across the United States and the United Kingdom. By consolidating these locations under a consistent naming structure, the parent company aims to provide a more recognizable brand presence across its 37 vehicle brands. The Estero location continues to offer its standard lineup of new and pre-owned inventory, alongside certified maintenance and parts services.
