Manzo brings a deep background in technical operations and federal government contracting to the position. Before joining ASRC Federal, he held key roles at General Dynamics, where his work centered on the Department of War and the intelligence community. He holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from West Virginia University.
Mike Manzo Promoted to CEO at ASRC Federal
After six years under Jennifer Felix, ASRC Federal has appointed Mike Manzo as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. Manzo, an industry veteran with over three decades of experience, steps into the leadership role following his successful tenure directing the company’s Defense and Intelligence operating group.

In his new capacity, Manzo aims to maintain the company’s current growth trajectory while focusing on contract performance and business expansion. ASRC Federal currently supports more than 30 U.S. government agencies, providing services ranging from space exploration to cyber defense. As an Alaska Native-owned entity, the company remains tied to the Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, which has distributed over $2 billion in dividends to its 14,000 Iñupiaq shareholders since its inception.
