NNS Holding increases OCI stake to 55.44% in market purchase
NNS Holding has solidified its position as the primary shareholder of OCI Global N.V. by acquiring an additional 420,730 shares on July 17, 2026. The transaction, executed at an average price of EUR 4.0760 per share, marks a continued push toward full control by the Cyprus-based investment firm.

These transactions follow the initial voluntary public offer announced by NNS on June 24, 2026.
