While the French firm provided contract manufacturing services for several years, Industrial Flow Solutions spent the interim period scaling its own internal capabilities. The company officially assumed full production responsibilities during the second half of 2025.
Industrial Flow Solutions Takes Full Control of OverWatch Pump Production
Industrial Flow Solutions has transitioned all manufacturing of its proprietary OverWatch Direct In-Line Pump line to its own facilities, ending a multi-year transition period. By integrating production in New Haven and Monselice, the company now serves as the sole global source for the platform’s design, manufacturing, and technical support.
This consolidation affects the entire OverWatch ecosystem, including the DIP Système, DIP-Booster, DomoDIP, SIDINOX, and DIPCut accessory lines. According to Chief Commercial Officer Lance Wadley, the move is intended to streamline support for the existing installed base while increasing capacity to meet rising global demand. Industrial Flow Solutions, a portfolio company of May River Capital, continues to focus its operations on fluid management technologies designed for rugged industrial and municipal wastewater environments.
