ConTeras Industrial Group Acquires CD Energy Services
ConTeras Industrial Group has expanded its footprint in the Western United States by acquiring CD Energy Services, a specialty contractor previously held by Briarwood Partners. The move integrates CD’s maintenance and construction expertise into the national contractor’s existing portfolio of industrial service offerings.

CD Energy Services provides critical site support, including scaffolding, industrial insulation, and various soft-craft services. These operations serve a diverse client base spanning the power generation, chemical, food and beverage, and infrastructure sectors. By bringing CD into its network, ConTeras aims to scale its multi-craft service delivery model while maintaining its focus on technical safety and site efficiency.
