Mission Space and Puli Space Partner for Lunar Environmental Mapping
Miami-based Mission Space and Budapest’s Puli Space Technologies have signed a memorandum of understanding to integrate environmental monitoring tools with mobile lunar rovers. The collaboration aims to map radiation, dust behavior, and surface charging across the Moon’s South Pole, providing critical data for long-term human infrastructure.
Mission Space CEO Mary Glaz noted that transforming these measurements into an operational data layer is essential for mission planning and anomaly attribution. Tibor Pacher, CEO of Puli Space, emphasized that the partnership builds on their successful deployment of the Puli Lunar Water Snooper, which landed on the Moon during the IM-2 mission in March 2025. Beyond scientific research, the two firms are exploring a joint commercial product that combines environmental metrics with rover telemetry to support upcoming lunar operations.
