Since acquiring ArisGlobal in 2019, Nordic Capital oversaw a significant shift in the company’s business model. The firm transitioned from legacy offerings to a cloud-native, AI-enabled suite, most notably through the launch of NavaX, a generative AI tool designed to automate safety case processing. This shift allowed ArisGlobal to secure a client base of over 200 organizations, including half of the world’s top 50 biopharma companies.
Dassault Systèmes to Acquire Life Sciences Software Firm ArisGlobal
Private equity firm Nordic Capital has agreed to sell ArisGlobal to Dassault Systèmes in a deal marking a full exit for the investor. The transaction, expected to close in the second half of 2026, combines the Massachusetts-based company’s AI-driven drug safety platform with the French giant’s clinical and manufacturing reach.

ArisGlobal, which is projected to generate approximately USD 175 million in revenue in 2026, processes over 12 million safety cases annually. By integrating with Dassault Systèmes, the company aims to expand its end-to-end capabilities across the life sciences value chain. According to ArisGlobal CEO Aman Wasan, the partnership provides the necessary scale to address the industry's rising data volumes and regulatory pressures. The acquisition remains subject to customary regulatory approvals.
