Jason Davis, managing director at Turnbridge Equities, noted that the project is a response to the region's demographic shifts. The property features a substantial amenity package, including a resort-style pool, fitness center, pickleball courts, and a chip-and-putt course. Each residence includes private yards and EV-ready garages, with maintenance handled by Greystar, the firm selected to oversee daily operations. Leasing is currently active, with model units available for prospective residents.
