Profit after tax reached Rs. 57.4 crore, marking a 16% increase compared to the same quarter last year, while earnings per share stood at Rs. 4.17. Despite an 8% quarter-over-quarter revenue growth, the EBITDA margin settled at 18.3%, reflecting a 281 basis point decline from the previous year. Strategic investments in proprietary tools—such as the AI Coach and Signal Engine—now account for 13% of total revenue.

A 25% surge in quarterly revenue has pushed NIIT Learning Systems Limited to Rs. 565.1 crore for the period ending June 30, 2026. The company’s focus on integrating artificial intelligence into its managed learning services continues to drive expansion, bolstered by the addition of three major long-term annuity clients.

Client acquisition remains a primary growth engine, with the total number of long-term annuity contracts rising to 113. New partnerships include a quantum computing leader and a Fortune 500 hospitality firm, contributing to a total revenue visibility of USD 462 million. CEO Sapnesh Lalla noted that these AI-driven initiatives are creating measurable business outcomes at a scale previously unattainable, further validated by the firm’s recognition as a Strategic Leader in the 2026 Fosway AI Market Assessment.
