ELEGOO Enters Filament Management Market with 85°C H1 HT Dryer

Moisture degradation has long plagued 3D printing, often leading to structural weaknesses and surface defects. The H1 HT addresses this by pushing drying temperatures to 85°C, a threshold that allows it to process not only standard PLA and PETG but also engineering-grade filaments like PA and PC. To ensure uniform results, the internal chamber features an automated spool rotation system paired with dual vents that actively purge humid air before sealing the environment.

Functionality extends to specialized filaments like TPU through a dedicated bypass outlet designed to minimize feeding friction. ELEGOO has prioritized operator accessibility by equipping the unit with a 3.5-inch touchscreen and 11 preset drying modes, though users retain the option to define custom parameters. Safety protocols are integrated throughout the hardware, including flame-resistant housing, lid-open detection, and automated overheat protection.
