The ProStep line focuses on a minimal footprint and a specialized turning radius, allowing workers to reach bays, corners, and equipment-adjacent positions previously inaccessible. The units are available in widths of 2 and 3 feet, with platform heights spanning from 40 to 120 inches. According to the company, these ladders offer up to 9 square feet of working space, currently the largest platform in the industry.
Safety remains a central feature through the integrated lift-and-lock system. This mechanism retracts the pivoting casters and plants a rubber-footed base firmly on the floor in a single motion. For added security, the handle design physically blocks access to the lower steps while the ladder is mobile, preventing use until the unit is fully stabilized. Each ladder supports a 1,000-pound load and adheres to OSHA 29 CFR 1910.23(e) and ANSI A14.7 standards.
