The brand’s growth trajectory arrives amid a surge in demand for comprehensive in-home care. According to Chief Development Officer Pete First, prospective owners are increasingly attracted to the company’s diversified revenue model, which encompasses companion care, medical services, and corporate staffing. Over the past 18 months, the company has secured 60 franchise agreements, signaling interest from both healthcare professionals and outside operators. Roughly half of the brand's available territories remain open for development.
Operational milestones in 2026 include the appointment of Josh Wall as CEO. Wall, formerly of Unleashed Brands, takes the helm with a mandate to guide the company through its current expansion phase. Simultaneously, the organization has deepened its clinical support infrastructure and integrated AI-driven tools into its scheduling and marketing workflows. These technological upgrades aim to reduce administrative friction, allowing staff to prioritize patient-facing responsibilities.
