Kim arrives at the Princeton-based advisory firm with a career spanning two decades of senior roles in investment banking and principal investing. His mandate involves guiding founder-led and family-owned businesses through liquidity events, recapitalizations, and strategic ownership transitions. By integrating these services into Withum’s existing national advisory platform, the firm aims to provide more than simple transaction execution, positioning itself as a long-term partner for private enterprises.
