Maria Grazia Davino, the former regional head of BYD Europe, will join Ford of Europe as vice president of sales on October 1, 2026. Based in Cologne, she will report to Ford of Europe president Jim Baumbick, taking charge of retail, distribution, and dealer network operations across the continent.
Her transition from BYD, where she managed operations across Germany, Switzerland, and the Nordic markets, signals Ford’s intent to leverage her expertise in brand development and electric vehicle transitions.
