CS Leasing Absorbs Triton Tank Fleet to Scale Global Intermodal Reach
With the acquisition of Triton International Limited’s ISO tank container fleet, CS Leasing is aggressively scaling its footprint to nearly 70,000 units. The transaction, orchestrated by ITE Management, signals a strategic pivot toward regional supply chain localization and increased equipment availability across four continents.

ITE Management, which oversees approximately $12 billion in industrial infrastructure, views the acquisition as a long-term play on the essential nature of intermodal logistics. Jennifer Polli, Head of Intermodal at ITE, emphasized that the investment reflects a commitment to building a more diversified platform capable of navigating market cycles through greater operational scale. Legal counsel for the transaction included Vedder, representing the buyers, and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, representing Triton.
