With the acquisition of Triton International Limited’s ISO tank container fleet, CS Leasing is aggressively scaling its footprint to nearly 70,000 units. The transaction, orchestrated by ITE Management, signals a strategic pivot toward regional supply chain localization and increased equipment availability across four continents.
ITE Management, which oversees approximately $12 billion in industrial infrastructure, views the acquisition as a long-term play on the essential nature of intermodal logistics. Jennifer Polli, Head of Intermodal at ITE, emphasized that the investment reflects a commitment to building a more diversified platform capable of navigating market cycles through greater operational scale.
