Silicom Reports 59% Revenue Jump as AI-Inference Orders Take Flight

Silicom Ltd. reported a 59% revenue surge to $23.8 million for the second quarter of 2026, driven by expanding core business operations and the commercial launch of its AI-inference product line. Despite a persistent net loss, the company narrowed its deficit significantly compared to the same period last year.

The Kfar Saba-based networking firm posted a GAAP net loss of $2.1 million for the quarter, an improvement from the $3.3 million loss recorded in the second quarter of 2025. President and CEO Liron Eizenman signaled that the company is on track to achieve quarterly non-GAAP profitability by the end of this year, a target he describes as arriving earlier than internal projections suggested.

Driving this optimism is a major shift in the company's growth strategy. Silicom secured seven new Design Wins so far this year, putting it on the verge of hitting its annual goal of nine. Furthermore, the company successfully delivered its first production order for an AI-inference-specific solution, a milestone management views as the foundation for a new, high-growth revenue stream. In response to these developments, Silicom raised its full-year revenue guidance to a range of $93 million to $95 million, marking a 50% year-over-year increase.
