InsideTracker Launches Universal Data Connector for Blood Biomarkers

The Cambridge-based health intelligence firm is rolling out a feature that allows both individual consumers and enterprise partners to consolidate blood test results from disparate sources, including Apple Health, EMR systems, and legacy print documents. By utilizing HL7 and FHIR interoperability standards, the platform aims to eliminate the friction of redundant testing while expanding its diagnostic reach to include nearly 120 distinct biomarkers.

This update integrates directly into the company’s B2B platform, Terra™, allowing organizations to merge biomarker profiles with behavioral and demographic data. According to CEO Rony Sellam, the goal is to provide a scalable intelligence layer that bypasses the need for companies to manage their own clinical infrastructure. The system is built on HIPAA- and SOC2-compliant architecture to ensure data security during the transition from raw lab results to actionable health guidance.

Renée Deehan, SVP of Science and AI at InsideTracker, emphasized that the platform’s strength lies in its ability to analyze how biomarkers interact in combination rather than as isolated data points. By cross-referencing these panels against peer-reviewed clinical literature, the company provides personalized recommendations for nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle adjustments. The phased rollout to business partners is currently underway, with a full consumer release scheduled for the coming weeks.
