Waystar Revenue Climbs 18% Amid Growing Healthcare Payment Demand
Healthcare payment software provider Waystar Holding Corp. reported $319.7 million in revenue for the second quarter of 2026, an 18% increase over the same period last year. Following the results, the company raised its full-year guidance, buoyed by expanding provider adoption and the integration of its AltitudeAI platform.

Operational metrics signaled continued growth, with 1,453 clients now contributing more than $100,000 in annual revenue, a 15% year-over-year increase. Subscription revenue saw particularly strong gains, climbing 34% to $176.3 million. Looking ahead to the full fiscal year 2026, Waystar projects total revenue between $1.276 billion and $1.294 billion, with adjusted EBITDA expected to land in the $535 million to $545 million range.
