Alif Holding operates as an intelligent industrial technology group focused on software and equipment platforms. Its mission centers on developing and manufacturing AI systems within the UAE, specifically targeting sectors like energy, oil and gas, public safety, and smart cities. The company’s framework is designed to align with the UAE National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031.

Dr. Al-Raisi brings four decades of experience in public service digital transformation and global security governance to the role. During his tenure as President of INTERPOL from 2021 to 2025, he became the first leader from the Middle East to head the century-old organization. He currently serves as Chairman of Neurovia AI, another Robo.ai subsidiary.

In his new position, Dr. Al-Raisi will lead the board of directors, concentrating on long-term strategy and the implementation of sovereign-grade AI security standards. His appointment underscores a push to ensure that AI systems deployed in critical infrastructure meet the stringent reliability and continuity requirements mandated by government-grade operators.
