Aventon Companies has secured preferred equity from FCP for the development of a 384-unit multifamily community in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Located along Meadow Pointe Boulevard, the four-story project sits within a high-growth corridor of the Tampa metropolitan area, leveraging proximity to major healthcare and commercial hubs.
Wesley Chapel has evolved into a significant economic node, driven by the presence of AdventHealth Wesley Chapel, BayCare Hospital, and the forthcoming Orlando Health Wiregrass Ranch Hospital. The development is further supported by nearby retail anchors, including The Shops at Wiregrass and Tampa Premium Outlets. This transaction adds to FCP’s portfolio, which has financed or invested in over $14.8 billion in assets since 1999.
