Truelink Capital Acquires Industrial Specialist JT Thorpe Group
Los Angeles-based private equity firm Truelink Capital has signed a definitive agreement to acquire JT Thorpe Group, a century-old provider of thermal management and industrial maintenance services. The deal, which includes a significant ownership stake for current management, is expected to finalize by the end of the third quarter.

Luke Myers, co-founder of Truelink Capital, noted that the acquisition aligns with the firm’s strategy to capitalize on growth in industrial end markets. This transaction serves as the third platform investment for Truelink’s Fund II. While financial terms remain undisclosed, Goldman Sachs and Harris Williams acted as financial advisors for the deal. The partnership aims to accelerate JT Thorpe’s growth through both organic development and potential strategic acquisitions.
