The transaction includes a €105 million increase to the company's revolving credit facility and the issuance of senior secured notes due in 2033. Proceeds from the bond sale are earmarked to refinance existing notes that were previously scheduled to mature in 2028.
Nomad Foods Secures €1.08 Billion in Debt Refinancing Deal
Nomad Foods has overhauled its capital structure, closing a €1.08 billion financing package that pairs a €280 million revolving credit facility with an €800 million high-yield bond offering. The move allows the European frozen food giant to extend its debt maturity profile while securing long-term financial flexibility.

Greenberg Traurig acted as legal counsel for the firm, led by shareholders Luke Lado and Fritz Ernemann. According to Lado, the refinancing is intended to provide the necessary liquidity to pursue the company's strategic objectives. This deal builds on the firm’s previous advisory work for Nomad Foods, which included a term loan and credit facility restructuring finalized in October 2025.
