BOC Group Launches ADOIT 20.0 with Enhanced EA Governance Tools

Dynamic search filters and personalized dashboards headline the latest release of BOC Group’s ADOIT 20.0, an enterprise architecture suite designed to streamline data accessibility. By shifting from static repositories to interactive workspaces, the platform aims to help organizations manage complex transformations through automated compliance assessments and improved review protocols.

The update introduces a search engine that adapts to specific users and timeframes, reducing the manual effort required to maintain queries. Alongside this, customizable dashboards allow teams to arrange architecture data using flexible widgets, creating a tailored view of metrics that can be shared across departments. These features are intended to cut through organizational noise, ensuring that key architectural priorities remain visible to stakeholders.

Governance remains a central focus of the 20.0 version. The new Application Compliance Assessment workspace enables teams to measure software against specific constraints, using heatmaps to pinpoint technical gaps. Additionally, the implementation of formal approval workflows for repository changes ensures that all modifications are vetted before integration, which the company claims will bolster data integrity. According to Product Manager Christoph Moser, these tools are designed to make architecture more actionable and reliable for growing teams.

Beyond user-facing updates, the software now runs on a containerized, Linux-based foundation. This architecture is built to support faster development cycles while maintaining security standards and integration flexibility. The release is currently available to all SaaS customers hosted on the BOC AWS Cloud.
