Petco Adds Retail Veteran Jeffrey Naylor to Board
Petco Health & Wellness Company has appointed Jeffrey Naylor, the former Chief Financial Officer of The TJX Companies, to its Board of Directors. Effective August 1, 2026, the industry veteran will also assume the role of Audit Committee Chair to oversee the company’s financial strategy during its ongoing business transformation.
CEO Joel Anderson expects Naylor’s expertise to bolster the company’s "Reach for the Sky" initiative, which aims to drive profitable growth and operational discipline. For his part, Naylor noted the potential to refine Petco’s omni-channel model and strengthen retail fundamentals as the company navigates a period of significant structural shifts.
