YASSI Launches VIN360 to Automate Vehicle Risk Detection

Auto lending fraud surged to $10.4 billion in 2025, prompting Santa Rosa-based Yotta Automated Software Solutions to debut VIN360. The new software layer synthesizes fragmented vehicle history data into a severity-ranked intelligence feed, aiming to replace manual record reviews with automated risk signals for lenders and dealerships.

The platform addresses the growing complexity of title washing and ownership disputes by consolidating disparate data points—such as recent title issuances and undisclosed liens—into a single, prioritized view. Instead of forcing teams to cross-reference multiple records, VIN360 categorizes findings into three urgency levels: Critical, Warning, and Investigate. This hierarchy allows organizations to triage potential threats before committing to loans or insurance policies.

Jean Nguyen, Vice President of Product at YASSI, noted that the primary hurdle for firms is not a lack of data, but the ability to discern which anomalies demand immediate intervention. By surfacing these patterns automatically, the system intends to reduce the time spent on manual interpretation. The tool is designed to serve a broad spectrum of the automotive industry, including fleet operators, auctions, and government agencies, providing a streamlined verification process across the entire vehicle lifecycle.
