Phillip Westerby steps into the role of Chief Operating Officer, taking charge of procurement, engineering, and construction. Legal strategy falls to Katie Ostman, the new Chief Legal Officer, while Rick Miller assumes the role of Interim Chief Development Officer. The executive suite is rounded out by Chris Calitri, who will oversee investments and capital markets, and Caroline Mann, who takes the lead on commercial strategy and power marketing. These five join existing executives Brian Dee and Geneva Morse to maintain continuity for stakeholders and partners as the company eyes further expansion in the U.S. renewable energy sector.
