The new chat feature resides within AgentSee’s Assist mode, acting as a digital co-pilot for travel consultants. By handling repetitive tasks like fare rule verification, cancellations, and exchange research, the tool allows consultants to focus on high-value client interactions. The interface mirrors common consumer AI platforms, enabling agents to review AI-generated drafts, request real-time adjustments, and finalize bookings through simple prompts. Chief Product Officer Oded Zilinsky noted that the familiar interface is intended to minimize the learning curve while maintaining consultant control over intricate travel decisions.
Oversee Debuts Conversational AI and Unified Platform at GBTA 2026
Travel technology firm Oversee has launched an interactive chat interface for its AgentSee platform alongside a comprehensive design overhaul. Debuting at the GBTA Convention 2026 in Chicago, the updates aim to streamline complex booking workflows by blending automated background research with human oversight in a familiar conversational format.
Complementing the chat update, Oversee has unified its product suite into a single, redesigned dashboard. The interface now integrates air and hotel reshopping analytics, sourcing data, and AgentSee workflows into one environment. This consolidation provides travel managers and operations leaders with a clearer view of rate availability and automation performance metrics. Both the updated platform and the Assist chat functionality are available immediately to existing corporate clients and TMC partners, with live demonstrations ongoing at booth 3428 throughout the convention.
