Martis Capital Promotes Internal Leaders to Senior Executive Roles
Private equity firm Martis Capital has elevated two long-term staff members to senior leadership positions, naming Lindsey Zolet as chief financial officer and Anthony Tsai as chief compliance officer and director of finance, the firm announced from its offices in Washington, San Francisco, and Miami.

Tsai has been with the firm since 2019, serving as director of accounting since 2021. His experience prior to Martis Capital includes a role as manager of fund accounting at Capricorn Investment Group and a position as a senior auditor within Deloitte’s Financial Services Group. Managing Partner Mario Moreno credited both appointees for their deep institutional knowledge and contributions to the firm’s operational stability. Martis Capital currently manages $2.4 billion in assets, focusing on growth-oriented investments within the middle-market healthcare sector.
