Peter Graham Joins Invesco Mortgage Capital Board
Sallie Mae executive Peter Graham has been appointed to the Board of Directors at Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc., effective August 3, 2026. The move brings over three decades of financial leadership to the real estate investment trust, as the company looks to leverage his experience in capital markets and corporate finance.
Don Liu, Chair of the Board, noted that Graham’s background in strategic financial management will provide immediate value to the organization’s oversight functions. Invesco Mortgage Capital operates as a real estate investment trust managed by Invesco Advisers, focusing primarily on the management of mortgage-backed securities and related assets.
