With a documented 9.85x return on investment and millions in labor efficiency gains, Betterbot is deepening its leadership bench. The Atlanta-based AI execution platform, already utilized by eight of the top ten NMHC managers, has appointed multifamily proptech veteran Jon Pastor to its Board of Directors.
Betterbot distinguishes itself from standard CRM add-ons by automating the entire resident lifecycle, from initial lead response to maintenance triage. By integrating Pastor into the board, the company aims to solidify its position among major operators like Greystar, Asset Living, and Cushman & Wakefield without requiring additional headcount.
