Beijing-based Elong Power Holding Limited has finalized a public offering, raising US$1.38 million in gross proceeds. The energy storage company issued 11.47 million units to investors, with each package combining a Class A ordinary share and a common warrant exercisable at US$0.12.

Maxim Group LLC served as the sole placement agent for the transaction, which follows an effective registration statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on July 28, 2026. Legal representation for the deal included Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP for Elong Power and Pryor Cashman LLP for the placement agent. Headed by CEO Xiaodan Liu, the Cayman Islands-incorporated firm focuses on AI-integrated energy storage solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
