CEO Sumedh Thakar attributed the quarterly success to the steady adoption of the company's AI-native Risk Operations Center and an expanding federal pipeline. The firm’s GAAP net income rose to $52.4 million, while non-GAAP net income reached $69.2 million. Operating cash flow saw a significant jump, increasing 77% to $59.6 million compared to the same period last year.

Beyond financial metrics, the company secured FedRAMP High Authorization for its TotalCloud solution, opening new doors for government contracts. Partnerships with AI leaders like Anthropic and OpenAI, alongside a new joint offering with Converge for cyber insurance incentives, reflect the company's strategy to integrate its Enterprise TruRisk Management platform deeper into multi-vendor environments. Looking ahead, management expects third-quarter revenue to fall between $185.5 million and $187.5 million.
