Ben Woodcock has joined Partner Assessment Corporation as Director of Building Sciences, tasked with spearheading the firm's building condition assessment practice across Western Canada. Bringing two decades of international consulting experience, Woodcock will operate from the company's Vancouver office to bolster its strategic real estate advisory services.

Before joining Partner, Woodcock founded three property consultancy businesses and advised organizations such as Oxford Properties and KingSett Capital. His career spans projects across the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, and Canada. Aaron Kovan, Executive Director of Building Sciences, cited Woodcock’s technical depth and client-centric approach as key drivers for the company’s regional growth strategy. Woodcock holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Surveying from the University of Greenwich.
