The dual transaction marks a significant expansion for the Maryland-based technology provider. By absorbing DialysisPPO, a firm founded in 2006 with a track record of generating $325 million in savings for payers, ClaimsBridge gains a patented mechanism to capture Medicare-related dialysis savings without the typical thirty-month waiting period. This addition allows clients to realize cost reductions of up to $100,000 per case monthly.
ClaimsBridge Secures Eir Partners Funding and Acquires DialysisPPO
ClaimsBridge has secured a strategic investment from Eir Partners Capital and finalized the acquisition of DialysisPPO to bolster its healthcare cost management platform. The move integrates specialized renal disease savings technology into the firm's existing AI-driven claim workflow, targeting one of the most expensive segments of medical spending.

Eir Partners Capital, a private equity firm specializing in health-tech, provides the capital necessary to scale these capabilities. According to ClaimsBridge CEO Kevin Gibson, the influx of resources will accelerate product innovation for self-funded employers and payers. Brett Carlson, founder of Eir Partners, noted that the investment focuses on strengthening ClaimsBridge's position at the pre-adjudication control point, where critical pricing and routing decisions occur. Current clients will see no disruption to existing services, as the company maintains its current team and operational standards while folding the new renal-care assets into its broader ecosystem.
