GDIT Secures $1.3 Billion Army National Guard Cyber Contract
General Dynamics Information Technology has landed a $1.3 billion contract to manage the Army National Guard's enterprise network operations and cybersecurity. The deal, awarded by the General Services Administration, spans one base year with six additional one-year options to modernize and defend the Guard's classified and unclassified digital infrastructure.
Brian Sheridan, GDIT senior vice president for Defense, noted that the Army National Guard requires modern, secure networks to effectively support both local communities and federal partners. This award expands the company’s existing footprint within the Department of Defense, building on prior work that includes base defense sustainment and flight school training support. General Dynamics, the parent firm, reported $52.6 billion in revenue for 2025, underscoring its role as a primary technology provider for the U.S. military.
