Peter Stipher, a veteran executive with two decades of experience in fitness technology and capital markets, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of Atlanta-based Workout Anytime. Reporting to CEO Jerry Pugh, Stipher will oversee the franchise’s operations, aiming to unify technology, finance, and marketing to sharpen unit economics.
In his new capacity, Stipher is tasked with integrating disparate business functions into a single data-driven framework. The objective is to elevate the member experience while increasing enterprise value across the network of roughly 200 U.S. locations. Pugh emphasized that the appointment is intended to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution, ensuring that the company’s expansion into the U.S. and Central American markets remains sustainable.
