Compal Electronics Launches Daxi AI Server Manufacturing Hub

The Daxi site spans 21,706 square meters and is slated to begin contributing to company revenue by the fourth quarter of 2026. Operations at the facility will center on L10 AI server systems and L11 rack-level solutions, integrating Compal's proprietary liquid-cooling technology to manage the high power density required by modern data centers. Chairman Ray Chen noted that the expansion is critical to the company's shift toward an AI-centric business model, moving beyond traditional PC manufacturing to serve a growing roster of NeoCloud, Hyperscaler, and enterprise clients.

This center serves as a vital node in Compal’s global manufacturing network, which currently includes production sites across Taiwan, Vietnam, and the United States. By coordinating these locations, the company aims to provide greater regional flexibility to meet evolving supply chain requirements. The Daxi launch coincides with plans to ramp up full-scale production at the company’s Texas facility next year, setting the stage for what leadership expects to be significant growth momentum throughout 2027.
