Inside Real Estate Integrates Autonomous Compliance and MCP Support

Brokerages face a persistent administrative burden, with transaction errors often surfacing long after deals close. Utah-based Inside Real Estate is now shifting this dynamic by launching ComplianceAI, an automated review tool developed with SetWave, while simultaneously integrating Model Context Protocol (MCP) to let AI assistants manage headless transactions.

ComplianceAI embeds directly into the existing BoldTrail BackOffice workflow, moving compliance checks from an after-the-fact chore to a real-time process. The system automatically validates signatures and fields, flags inconsistencies, and provides agents with visual reports the moment a file is submitted. According to SetWave co-founder Dalton Brewer, the goal is to resolve documentation bottlenecks within the platforms agents already utilize rather than forcing them into secondary software.

The company’s push into agentic AI extends to its adoption of MCP, an open standard that creates a secure, direct link between proprietary brokerage data and external AI models like Claude or ChatGPT. By enabling these assistants to perform headless transactions, the platform allows staff to automate document preparation, offer validation, and post-close follow-ups. CEO Joe Skousen noted that this allows brokerages to maintain robust, trust-based compliance while empowering agents to complete complex paperwork through simple prompts. This infrastructure will eventually integrate with Streams Studio, Inside Real Estate’s broader platform designed to connect an entire brokerage tech stack under a unified, AI-enabled operation.
