The new US client base includes a New York-based international security and communications technology group, alongside a Minnesota provider of clinical trial software. These companies are utilizing the Clusterix platform to organize R&D projects across multiple jurisdictions, including the United States, Germany, the Netherlands, and Portugal. The software is designed to streamline internal processes and ensure project transparency, aligning with the IRS's updated Section G mandates.
innoscripta Gains First US Clients for Clusterix R&D Platform
German technology firm innoscripta SE has secured its first American clients for its Clusterix software, targeting the lucrative US research and development market. The expansion follows the IRS's introduction of stricter documentation requirements under Form 6765, which demand more granular reporting for companies claiming R&D tax incentives.

This move into the American market represents a strategic push for innoscripta following its recent entries into France and the United Kingdom. Data from EY underscores the scale of the opportunity: the 140 largest US companies invested approximately EUR 576 billion in R&D in 2025, an 11% year-over-year increase. With R&D spending now accounting for roughly 3.4% of US GDP, innoscripta aims to capture a larger share of international revenue by helping firms navigate increasingly complex tax documentation landscapes.
